Having built a strong reputation in the events industry since the mid 1990s, P3 Events was founded in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia, by Director, Penny Krishna, in 2008. P3 Events was born from demand; a highly sought after event manager and professional stage manager, Penny started P3 Events prompted by one client’s need and the rest is history!

Since then, we have flourished into a dynamic force in the events industry, known for our innovative approach and unparalleled expertise.

Located in Brisbane, our headquarters serve as the creative hub for our nationwide operations. With branches in Victoria, Sunshine Coast, and Western Australia, we support clients from coast to coast, bringing their event visions to life.

At P3 Events, safety is our priority. We are backed by CM3 Prequalification and Browz Certification, ensuring high standards. Our internal processes include a comprehensive Event Health and Work Safety Procedures Manual and extensive staff training.

We carry Public Liability Insurance up to $20 million, Workers’ Compensation, and Professional Indemnity Insurance. Before each event, we prepare detailed risk assessments, and evacuation procedures, and establish emergency contacts. On event day, our Production Managers conduct regulatory checks, minimize risks, and wear company-branded PPE. Post-event reporting allows us to review and improve our safety practices.

Madeline Mcinnes - Event Coordinator, QLD

Madi’s event planning journey started at Griffith University, where her passion ignited. With a bachelor’s degree in Events Management and Marketing, she thrived in managing an events venue in Byron Bay’s picturesque hinterland. With a strong background in marketing, private events, gala dinners, and venue management, Madi infuses every event with enthusiasm and a creative flair.

Offering over 25 years of administrative expertise, Beth is the voice of our switchboard and keeps our head office ticking. An infectious laugh and requisite for perfection ensure she fits right in!
